I have a problem with the word “ART”.
I would much rather focus on the practice of art. Art practices. Practice in general as opposed to theory/concept.
Art-based research as the employment of art-practices in the search/construction/discovery of new knowledge.
Can knowledge be new? Can it be constructed? Can it be discovered? Sought after?
